What are flexibility services?
Flexibility services is when you allow us to remotely manage a range of electrical devices in your home to help manage when there is peak demand for energy. This includes managing and optimising the solar panels and battery in your home. What this means is that at certain times, and as we need to, we will charge and discharge your solar energy system to take pressure off the grid. In doing so, we are able to free up power in peak periods and save you money on your power bill by earning you a peak price for the energy you are able to export, plus a $30 monthly bonus for taking part.

How to know if you qualify for Flexibility Services
- You power your home with one of our energy plans
- Have at least a 5kWp solar system, 5kW inverter and have a battery installed. Our team can review your solar set up to let you know if you qualify
