Our in-house metering team provides ongoing metering support, while our solar division is there to help you with anything else. Our dedicated customer excellence team will always look after your customers. As a small yet established retailer, no one has to ever worry about being put on hold with endless elevator music.
Our metering team raises Import/Export meter replacement jobs free of charge* within 24 hours of receiving the application**. You and your customers will always be kept in the loop when jobs are raised. We have an online Import/Export meter application form to make things super simple.
You will be notified once an Import/Export meter has been installed!
Plus, 95% of our meters are smart half hour certified meters which means you can keep an eye on your referred customers' consumption profiles and identify whom would benefit from increased solar or battery capacity. Your customers can also see how they are tracking on our customer portal.
*For Meter Category 1 sites referred to Ecotricity by Solar Partners. All after business hours and extra travel charges are passed on at cost.
**ICP's must be active with Ecotricity, and planned panel installation date must be within 4 weeks. Our team will keep an eye on the request and raise when these aspects are true.
